I got there at 1:30am ... I had trouble with my reservation.. I had reversed the wrong hotel.. but Ulysses was there explained exactly what happened and he not only went above and beyond but then went to the extreme to help.. thank you much..

Midweek stay: desperately needs a refresh. stained and worn furniture, carpets are just gross, insecticide smell in the halls/room. Room 529: Sheets are old, we didn't have a bedbug problem as some have reported, but a weird dampness in room. bathroom is pitiful, very little pressure in shower head, toilet gargled the entire time. stained chair.
