The staff was wonderful! They were so polite at each interaction. The rooms were clean, comfortable and cool. The only complaint is that the lobby is very warm in the morning. Also breakfast was pretty standard like all Hamptons. Not the best like some of the other Hilton properties. Breakfast had hot items like sausage and eggs. Location is good-right off the highway. We enjoyed our stay.
This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. We have always been pleased with Hampton Inn but this was the bottom of the barrel. We checked in on September 11 but immediately checked out after seeing our room. Beware!!!! Bed bugs on mattress, carpet was completely worn, lobby furniture was completely worn out and the entire hotel was filthy!!!! Below is a photo of one bedbug. There were many more and some moving. I saw online that the pool was heated! It, in fact, was NOT heated. I didn’t get in because it was so cold!! The air conditioning in the hallways must’ve been broken or turned off. It was very hot! The air conditioning in the room wasn’t good either. We had it the temp turned as far down as it would go and the blower on high, but the room wouldn’t get below 75. I had the worst experience staying at this Hampton in Norcross. GA. Problem to include: unclean bedroom and bathroom, running toilet with several Broken items in bathroom despite requests for fixing the problem 3 times, digital door key entry not working, hall ways and elevator filthy with trash and fingers print inside elevator. Breakfast place crowded, paper plates with plastic utensils at Hampton/Hilton? And we had to seat in the couch to eat our breakfast. Staff being unfriendly.
