The hotel was just ok. My biggest problem was I could hear everything going on in the lobby all night long. I was in room 201. I have no clue if others are better. Also, all during the night it sounded like a drag strip at the mall next door outside my window. I got maybe 1 hour of sleep between the lobby and people burning rubber in the parking lot. Also, digital key never worked. Thank god I didn't get bedbugs like the other reviews....
Horrible, please take pictures of your room before and after.They will blame stuff on you! That you didn’t do! The General Manager she is rude!!! I really believe they got my room mixed up with somebody else or they did the damages themselves! Also they had a stray cat in the lobby. They also told me that I stayed Saturday night which is a lie. AND THE MANAGER IS A LIAR TOO!!! You need to review those cameras!! I wish could give this place a 0 rating!!! Very old and dirty. Needs renovation to bring it up.
We got to are room about 5 am this morning and my lil brothers said there was a bug on the pillow we thought they was joking till we actually just up it a multiple bed bugs and they just moved us down the hall stay away from 320
We only came for the indoor pool and there was DoDo in the pool! I usually book directly with Hilton for my points however I was rushing and booked via booking.com and it's like i can't get my money back or anything. The door to the room kept locking us out they had to fix the door twice it was to many issues for the money I paid
