I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns, but this location in Norcross was disappointing. The room felt outdated, damp, sticky, and musty due to humidity, and the thermostat didn’t work. The ice machines were out of order from the 3rd to 5th floors. At breakfast, the juice dispenser was broken, and the potatoes were burnt and overcooked. We requested housekeeping and the lady did a great job—thank you to her—but overall, this hotel does not meet the usual Hilton standards. I’m surprised it's still part of the franchise.
