Worst hotel experience I have ever had. A friend of mine (booked on the same day) payed $122 less than me ($61 per night), curtains do not cover the windows on the first floor, and tv does not work. Awful experience, will not be coming back. After this experience, I will not be staying at any hampton hotels. Ps. If the cleanliness of the bathroom is anything to go by, God only knows how clean these beds actually are.
Recent 8/19/26, being a diamond member, I wanted to give them another chance like they asked. After three years, I tried again and still no change. Cleanliness is subpar. Linens and towels are dingy and browning. There is food on the chairs. I will not return. My stay started off rough when I arrived. I changed rooms four times due to bathrooms not being cleaned properly, only to end up in my original room after it was cleaned again. But they still didn't clean it well, so I cleaned it myself. Easily accessible. Adequate parking. Free breakfast for guests. Surprisingly, the washer and dryer for guests is not only available 24 hours, but it free as well. There is also a pool and fitness center on premises. My one complaint is that each room has a mini fridge but not a microwave. A community/shared microwave is available for use on each floor in an alcove by the elevator. Don’t want to hear that this cuts hotel room costs because that’s not true.
