This is truly a home away from home unfortunately we have had a house fire and our insurance company USAA has put us up in the hotel.
We absolutely love this hotel! If you need to stay in an hotel, while in Mount Pleasant, you will not go wrong, staying with this one. My family had a house fire and was already going through a hard enough time. Holiday Inn, had us leave, due to their staff not being like the staff here! I would NOT recommend Holiday Inn, to anyone. Especially if you are going through a house fire, or anything. Staff was always so kind and checking on us, of we needed anything.
Great location, close to everything. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Would stay again.
Kat at the front desk is amazing. She went above and beyond and was very friendly. We enjoyed the stay. We will be back.
