I am currently staying at this Hampton Inn and had a very unpleasant experience. During housekeeping, the staff seemed to assume I had checked out, and some of my personal belongings were removed from the room. Later, part of those items was returned, but my Dior perfume was never given back. This hotel has just been renovated- we were here in February and it was being renovated then as well!!! What a pitiful place ~ the carpet is already trashed, sorry I didn’t get a pic. The attached photos say it all, caulk used to cover up mold, the vent in the bathroom is moldy and gross! The popcorn ceiling is peeling off and moldy! This place is a disaster!!! Was definitely not worth the money or my time. Should be shut down!!!
We stayed at this hotel 8/5/2025. It was disgusting. I want to preface this review with the fact that I have been a Hilton me since 2004 and traveled extensively for work staying in Hilton branded hotels. I was a Diamond member until my retirement. This location was the absolute worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The rooms have been renovated, but despite a new renovation they are falling apart, disgustingly filthy, mold in sink and shower, bathroom floor had something slimy and sticky on it. Do not stay here! The door to our room looked like it had been kicked in. It wouldn’t shut or lock properly. The bathroom door would not close because it hits the counter. Carpets smell of urine. Hallways are very poorly lit. The elevator was very dark. Regretted my reservation from the moment we walked in.. our check-in date was August 2, 2025.
Toe nail clippings on the floor, live roaches running around, deag flea in my bed. All the carpets stunk. I wouldn't recommend this to a dog. Unbelievable! Wished I had thought to take photos. If I ever go to another place as horrible as this one, I will remember to get pictures.
