This is the worst hotel Ive stayed at in over 15 years and takes ties the worst Ive stayed in dueing all of my travels (an old days inn) I don't do this happily. 99% of the time I leave positive reviews because I don't like leaving negative reviews but this place was so disgusting I can't let it slip. This hotel was pretty much exactly what we needed. The only part that would have made the room more suited to us would have been a bathtub and a couple of pillows for the hide-a-bed. From the speedy and diligent friendliness of the service staff to the rapid check-in and check-out, this was a great home away from home for the weekend we were in Horn Lake/Walls/Southhaven.

This place is StaRuggAling and it appears that whoever is in charge, they quit trying a long time ago. 7 day stay due to work. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were so frustrating that I finally just threw them off the bed and slept without them. I requested a room change on day 2 bc I wanted a tub instead of shower and wanted to try another bed, they said no problem. Next day, no room change. Day 6, still no room change. This was the worst Hilton group hotel that we’ve stayed in our entire trip. The room stunk because there was a nasty shower curtain in the bathroom. I asked for a new shower curtain. They never brought it until it was time to check out. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. The phone in the room didn’t work. It was freezing cold in the breakfast area, so cold, you couldn’t even eat in there. The lady at the front desk had quite an attitude too.
