Rooms are typical Hampton but this trip mine had dirt on the floor, the toilet wouldn’t drain properly along with the sink barely draining. I met the desk know and looks like they fixed the toilet but not the sink. My room wanted service either.

This Hampton Inn was trying its best to accommodate guests during and after huge ice/snow storm hit area.

We picked our room out specifically on the app as soon as check-in was available and also filled out that we'd be arriving AFTER 10:00PM because we drive over 7 hours straight after work to get here. We finally made it at 12:15pm (tired and exhausted from being up since 5:15am for work) and went straight to the room that WE PICKED AND CHECKED INTO ON THE APP and stood there at the door for 10 minutes trying to get the key to work on the app! Info for future guests: 1) Floors are filthy; elevator, halls and rooms. 2) Upon check-in, Diamond members usually are offered a token "free" snack. Many snacks were not in stock. 3) Be aware hotel sits directly under departure path for South departing aircraft from Memphis International. Overall, not a good stay even just for one night.
