No complaints, price is good for the area. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good enough. Location was in the middle of everything. Oh and I got a room with a bit of a view

Location is excellent, room is basic & simple, prices r high , they didn't provide drinking water & electric kettle in room. Complentry tea / coffee available in lobby.

Great location but..... 2nd night of my stay, the door handle stopped working, locking me out. No evening engineer on site. Stuck in the lobby for a long time waiting before eventually being placed in a different room well after midnight - but without all my belongings (Meds, hygiene, clothes, contact solution etc) - After a sleepless night, missed ALL my early morning meetings waiting for maintenance to finally open the door, then had to rush to the airport to barley catch my flight. Loved the location! Close to theaters and Subway. Service was great. Especially, Eddie who kept our luggage and arranged a ride to the airport for us.

This is a newly remodeled Hampton Inn and the rooms are very nice. The location is great as it is a little off Times Square, but within a 5 minute walk so you don’t get all the noise. It is still NYC and noise is still around. On the 23rd floor I still heard very loud horn honking and air horns from large trucks, but I sleep with ear plugs and they did not wake me up. The service was great and the rooms were very clean and modern. I was only here one night and wanted to see a show and the location was perfect. I would highly... read more
