This hotel is not designed to accommodate the amount of guests staying here. The elevators are slow and crowded, it takes on average 10-15 minutes to get to the lobby if you're staying on a high floor like we were. One day we had to walk down 20 flights of stairs because the elevator kept skipping our floor. It was incredibly frustrating. The food at the breakfast buffet wasn't bad but the setup is so chaotic. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The front desk has exceptional customer service, especially Diane and Gigi. The rooms were clean, the location is great, and the restaurant downstairs was amazing. The nearby restaurants were great which is another perk. Totally recommend coming here.
