There were bees and bugs flying out of the bathroom fan and wall light fixture next to the bed. I notified staff that night after checking in, they did not seem surprised or think it was urgent. I went to work that night hoping I’d have a Roman when I returned 12 hours later. No. I fell asleep after my shift waiting for a room to be cleaned so I could transfer, and woke up to three more bees on me, the bath towels, and the light. Same food for breakfast every morning. We were there for 5 days. Pool area not cleaned. We were not given any information about breakfast times or where it was held. Staff friendly but not informative.

We stayed 3 days. Highlight was the Reagan Presidential Library. We didn't need room service, but they left a note on our door to call them for anything and we did. They were at our door in under 5min. Awesome service on a very busy weekend.

Refurbished hotel so it’s nice but you can tell the bathrooms and mattresses are aging. Smaller rooms but overall very good location and service. Price was a bit cheaper than the newer hotels. Had to dock a star for only one working elevator
