Worst Hampton Inn I've stayed at. Drain backed up really bad during my shower, leaving me standing in nasty water with all kinds of questionable gunk floating around in it. Toilet water kept running all night interfering with my sleep. The room in general was badly in need of a refresh/remodel, definitely not what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. On top of all that, the hotel management has not responded to my complaint. This place has the makings of a bed bug central, stay at your own peril.
Neat courtyard, room bigger than anticipated. Outdated, but everything was maintained.
I enjoyed staying here. The location, outside of the traffic and grime of downtown LA was my main reason for choosing it…and it was very reasonably priced! Staff were pleasant, room was nice, but screaming kid noise from the pool was audible through the broken window, even after I'd closed it as much as it would allow I really struggle with knowing what can/can't be recycled at breakfast time.
