Same food for breakfast every morning. We were there for 5 days. Pool area not cleaned. We were not given any information about breakfast times or where it was held. Staff friendly but not informative. Stayed here again and WILL NOT book this hotel ever. Some staff were friendly but still no real communication. Did not tell me that I had to check out when I extended my stay. Keys wouldn't work to my surprise and maids entered the room even with the sign on the door. We had a small problem connecting to the Wi-Fi at first, but the helpful receptionist fixed it immediately.
