Manager Anais is extremely hostile and unprofessional. Stayed here in early October, drove down from San Jose with a white blanket. I left the blanket in the car for the entirety of my stay, but after checking out was charged twice for said blanket. ($150 and then charged again for $100). The manager Anais claimed these charges were due to a “stolen blanket” even though this blanket I had bought a year prior on Amazon for $30. Best hotel Rooms neat and clean Lovely breakfast time is fix 7.00 to 9.00am Front desk very helpful We stayed for 1 night and it was comfortable

I was extremely disappointed with the room. The bed hadn't been made, and there was a faulty lamp. I slept on top of the covers because the sheets were soiled from the last guest. I called the front desk, but nothing was done to resolve the issue, and the management did not contact me. I would not recommend this hotel.
