Staff was excellent, breakfast was good and the rooms were great. Perfect location for us wanting to stay in Livermore.
I stayed here for one night and the place is "immaculate" clean, with an excellent location, a delicious breakfast included, and exceptional service. The only issue was that I requested a room away from noise because I have trouble sleeping, but I was given one right next to the electrical room. I asked for earplugs and the front desk provided them, but the noise was so intense that I still couldn’t get proper rest. O atendimento de toda a equipe é excelente desde os rapazes da recepção aos funcionários que organizam o hotel. O que eu mais gostei é de ter uma mesa no lobby com café, chá, água quente durante as 24 horas. Então chegava cansada ao hotel mas o café me reanimava. Fiquei hospedada neste hotel porque fui as compras no Premium Outlet Mall . Utilizei uber e gastei apenas us$ 20, por dia para ir e voltar do Mall p hotel. Super recomendado este Hampton! Obrigada a toda equipe pela atenção que me dispensaram em tudo que precisei.
