Was going to make this the hotel I would stay at during my work Trip but the booking system was raising my rates from what was listed. The prices were pre tax and fees. When I booked a single night stay at the end of my trip the price was way cheaper than prior times I looked.
The property itself is in a convenient location, rooms are basic, no real amenities and breakfast looked good but did not taste good. The thing that upset me the most is they charged me for an entire stay I already prepaid for and hindered my ability to use that card for the car rental which caused pure panic at the rental desk after a very long day of traveling. With my Recent Job I frequent trips to Livermore (1x to 2x a months) and I decided to stay at the Hampton Inn in Livermore. I was greeted very professionally by Elmer the Manager. On my 2nd visit I was greeted again by Elmer and addressed me by my Last name. It was a pleasant surprise he remembered me by name. He always took care of any issues I had.
