The only reason for three stars is that the hot water was broken all weekend with maintenance coming in Monday. That is almost comical as weekends must be busy enough for maintenance coverage. Otherwise, the rooms were cleaned every day and staff was very nice.
We are going on our 2nd night and tomorrow will be 3rd day without hot water, and I don’t mean water is lukewarm. It is ICE COLD! The front desk has been kind but the only thing they’ve been instructed to do is take our names and a manager will call us????
Elevator out of service, no hot water. Don’t stay here.
Overall, it was a good stay. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The only downsides were that there’s only one elevator which meant a long walk to the rooms, also no grill on site.
