I had the greatest experience with this hotels customer service! The day after I checked out, I realized I had left some personal items in my room. I called the hotel and Nichole, at the front desk, quickly checked for the items and called me back informing me she found them. I don't live close by, but I let her know my sister did and could pick my things up from the hotel. Was stopping down here to see friends and pick up my new puppy. The rooms are amazing large and clean. Looks like the cleaning staff honestly take pride in there work. You can hear very little sound outside your door as others walk by, thank god for that because my dog could barely hear them either.

If the people were not so friendly this would have been a complete bust. The plumbing fixtures in the sink and the tub were very loose. The faucet in the sink was set to far back, so that there wasn't enough space under the steam of water to get your hands under it. The towels were thin and small. The bed was not completely hard, but not comfortable. Bottom line, we felt like we were at a cheap motel, certainly not up to normal Hampton Inn standards. I was glad we were only there for 3 nights!
