We had booked this hotel expecting a quality experience. Instead, it felt like we were in a poorly run motel 6. Our room was on the third floor. The first thing we noticed was the absence of cleanliness. The carpets had not been vacuumed, the room key didn't work and had to be reprogrammed three times. The TV didn't work, the fan on the heater screeched loudly. Toilet leaked from tank to bowl causing constant noise. Heat/AC sounded terrible, keep me up at night. Breakfast looks nice, but eggs and meat are terrible.
Had a little trouble checking in but not the front ends problem. Nice place clean
I have been to this hotel before and I was sad to see that the quality of the rooms appears to be falling. Our closet door would not open all the way because of a warp in the floor. The lounge seat in our room was missing a cushion. It was a large hole where the doorknob had busted through the wall. The AC / heater was dirty with goldfish crackers in it and it sounded like the compressor for the AC was busted. This hotel is a glorified Motel 6. Our room wasn't vacuumed or mopped. The tub is dirty. There is hair from the last guest everywhere, including the sheets. There are TWO bath towels that I'm pretty sure we're bought at a Motel 6 yard sale. They are thin, old, and ratty. The bedding is very poor, too. We usually stay at the Holiday Inn in South Jordan or Springville (both are WONDERFUL- every single time ), but our family is staying at the Lehi Hampton tonight and we wanted to spend time with them.
