We've stayed at Hampton Inns many times but this time, the room was stinky. I think there had been a dog or cat that had peed on the carpet. I honestly wondered if the sheets had been washed. We paid way to much for a stinky room. Last time we're staying at any Hampton!
We had a long stay at the Hampton Inn Thanksgiving-Lehi, Utah and it was fantastic. The front desk ladies, Yelena and Martina, were always friendly and super helpful and customer service oriented. Big thanks as well to the head of housekeeping and her team for their effort. The hotel team hospitality and service really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel.
