Mostly standard fare for this brand. Check-in and-out was simple and front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room comfortable after adjusting the temperature from the 60 degrees it was set at. Breakfast was as expected. Easy to get to from the highway on our cross-country trip.
Stayed here for 3 nights for Lake of Ozarks Bike week. Jerry was great had fresh cookies baked. He also made fresh coffee late in the evening which is sometimes hard to come by at other hotels I have stayed at.
Clean and great customer service
I googled the highest rated hotel in Lebanon and this place was top pick and did not disappoint. I was here three nights and am leaving happy and well rested. Best experience and stay in a long time. Thank you for everything!
This is the best Hampton Inn I've ever visited or had the pleasure to stay at. The people working the front desk are epic.
