My Wife and I have stayed at the Hampton Inn Lancaster for "Sight and Sound" Theater events over the past 3 years. Overall, it has been a higher quality hotel venue. The Complimentary Breakfast is always a good thing. It consistently adds value to our experience, including free coffee and tea 24-7, and even a simple Fitness Center Room. The "Luxury room" we paid for was extremely small! It was like a big bedroom with very tight ways to get around. The wifi was weak, the AC fluctuated, the TV channel selection was minimal, and the hallway was freezing from the malfunctioning AC. Would not stay there again.

The bathroom was so tiny, there was barely room to turn around and the shower head was clogged. The bed was so worn out it jiggled like a waterbed. After sleeping in it for five hours, our backs hurt so badly that we got up, packed and left without the free breakfast. This was the worst Hampton Inn we stayed at...and we stayed at the one in Elyra, OH.
