DO NOT STAY OR EVEN BOOK HERE!!!!!!! My daughter booked then cancelled her reservation - well within the 48 hour cancellation window this week. The day of her stay they attempted to charge her over $1000 for her stay on her debit card. The charge did not go through so now they have made 7 separate charges to her debit card. She is travelling alone and has NO ACCESS TO HER MONEY. I called after the cancellation and confirmed it and they still are taking her money! They are avoiding my phone calls and our bank is filing fraud ... read more
