The refrigerator didn't work, no hot water and upon checking out of the hotel was his with a hidden processing fee. The clerk even said it was a hidden fee
I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn Jacksonville-Anniston. The customer service was Amazing. Thank You for an amazing stay!!!
Rooms are exceptionally nice. Chloe at the front desk is as nice as she is beautiful. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back in the future!
Friendly staff, very good breakfast selection and tasty too. Clean comfortable rooms. No frills, but everything you would need. I would not hesitate to stay here again
