I continue to be amazed with the Hampton Inn in Jacksonville. I routinely book rooms here for both personal and business purposes and always find that my guests and I are treated with care and receive the most exceptional service. I am getting married next year and will be booking a room block here for all of my out-of-town guests. The hotel is conveniently located, comfortable, and above all, provides some of the best service in the hospitality industry.
It was decent. The staff were friendly and the location was good, but it is very dated and needs updatea. It felt like a Hampton from the mid-2000s and not the typical modern feel of most Hamptons.
