I just think that this facility is poorly managed . Poor training, poor communication with guests not good hands on management.
Great stay overall. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. They serve a standard breakfast that is a good start to the day. There is an area for dogs with a stock of bags and a garbage, it's too bad so many dog owners don't cleanup after their pets!
I had a great stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton. The room was very comfortable and clean—I really liked it. The staff were helpful, especially in the mornings, and breakfast was served daily, which was a nice touch. The lady working in the kitchen was especially friendly and made the experience even better. There’s also a 12-01 restaurant on-site with good food.
