Rooms and halls smelled like Marijuana Called front desk. They said smoking was not allowed and they came up and sprayed air freshener

Made the mistake of booking when the Hawkeyes were having homecoming game, so we're charged 5 star hotel rates. But it was really just a nice clean Hampton Inn. Also, we asked to have our room cleaned and get fresh towels. When we returned, the tip was gone, but the room wasn't cleaned. The front desk clerk and breakfast attendant were very friendly. General hotel areas were clean.

I booked a room online through Priceline, not knowing it was Priceline. It was a Google sponsored ad. When I tried to cancel the day before my reservation, the hotel refused to cooperate with Priceline. When I tried to reach the hotel, I was put on forever hold. Calling back, I finally reached their reservation department, who said they couldn’t help me, and sent me to forever hold again.
