Do not stay here. This is one of the worst—if not the worst—Hilton hotels I’ve ever visited. The room numbers were literally written on paper with a marker and taped to the doors, and even then, the room assignment was incorrect. The room smelled moldy, had no working AC, and the front desk staff had no idea how to handle complaints—they just told me to call Hilton’s customer service line. Completely unacceptable for a Hilton property.
The room smelt like a construction site.
The location of the hotel is very nice. It's a 3-minute walk to the shopping mall and centrally located to most places. The staff were very friendly and sweet. HOWEVER, the hotel and rooms generally had a smell. A friend of mine visited and said it smelled like a wet dog. There seems to be an issue with humidity or dampness, or another problem, and it requires a serious solution.
Good hotel but remodeling. Would try again when remodeling done.
