Not impressed. Long time Hilton customer. Diamond member. Stayed here because it was right at the airport and I have a 6am flight. Arrived and as you walk in the building smells damp. Got to my room and the TV sound worked but no picture. No big deal, things happen. Expected to be put in another room but they wanted to send maintenance. Ok, we will try that. 40 minutes of waiting and knowing I would end up changing rooms maintenance finally shows up and I had to change rooms. Tabitha, the front desk clerk, was a blessing. The bed was amazing. Convenient area. Highly recommend.

If I could leave a negative star I would. We stayed this Labor Day weekend. We rented 3 rooms. One of which we had to be switched because of humidity and tub clogging. Sunday night the power went out and with it also the water. I called the front desk and explained that because I’m staying with my children if there was estimated time for them to start working on getting everything back.
