Very nice hotel with easy and convenient check in. Breakfast was good but refilling was not frequent, so after 7:00am, no fruits & yogurts. But the hotel had grab & go breakfast bags at the front desk.
Just got here, roaches in the room. Called the customer service line, spoke with angel and requested to be moved to a different location. Was advised to check out but they would not accommodate a different room/location.
Working in thibodeux 20 min away and a HILTON for life! Stayed here near some of the best restaurants, shops and access in and around the area. Robin at the front desk was beyond helpful with my week long stay. The accommodations are in line with Hilton expectations and service. A/c was amazing, comfy bed, awesome breakfast. The hotel is very clean and after spending time in and at the pool for two days was also just what I needed! Will definitely add to my list of hotels when in the are!
