Hilton is my preferred chain. I’m a diamond member. The staff is wonderful, friendly, accommodating at all hours and breakfast is great! However my 2 stars are due to this HI location is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, repairs and some upgrades. The walls are paper thin and very uncomfortable to hear everyone’s business. Whoever is managing this hotel may need to look into some improvements. These details can shed a bad light on the Hilton brand. We are switching to another Hilton brand in this area.
The location was average, the room was OK, the breakfast was limited. The bed was average. They didn't charge extra for the my cold shower this morning. That's a plus, I guess. Not the best experience.
