I had to update my initial review to clearly note the pros and cons of my stay at this hotel. I stayed for a total of two weeks. Pros: • The staff were consistently kind and helpful, always greeting you and making you feel welcome. Kudos to the hotel team for their professionalism and hospitality. • Breakfast was always good — a typical continental spread, but fresh and satisfying each morning. For being part of Hilton’s hotel brands, I had certain expectations. The room itself looks nice, but I’m not a fan of the humid-looking floors. The pillows weren’t as fluffy or firm as I prefer, and the lack of storage space was surprising—I don’t like having to keep my clothes in my suitcase. On the positive side, breakfast was good.
When I went there on July 27th it was the best experience I’ve ever had. The rooms that I had were clean and beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good and when I tried to order snacks the lady was patient with me and didn’t give an attitude. Also the pool is very clean and they have pool equipment so if you need it you have it
