For being part of Hilton’s hotel brands, I had certain expectations. The room itself looks nice, but I’m not a fan of the humid-looking floors. The pillows weren’t as fluffy or firm as I prefer, and the lack of storage space was surprising—I don’t like having to keep my clothes in my suitcase. On the positive side, breakfast was good.
When I went there on July 27th it was the best experience I’ve ever had. The rooms that I had were clean and beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good and when I tried to order snacks the lady was patient with me and didn’t give an attitude. Also the pool is very clean and they have pool equipment so if you need it you have it
Alicia Anderson, is a true asset to the hotel she’s a shining example of what exceptional hospitality looks like. I hope the management recognizes what a gem they have in her. The rooms allegedly were updated. Our room did not have a clock or waste paper basket. When we inquired with the staff for those objects we were told those items were lost in the renovation. Breakfast was missing many of the items customary to Hampton Inn. Not a pleasant stay.
