My family chose this hotel after experiencing a very bad situation at another hotel. David the front desk person was very professional and helpful. He was very attentive. He was helping 3 family at once. My family really enjoyed our stay. The rooms was clean, house keeping was on point, the breakfast was fresh and good each day. Staff was super helpful. I forgot my watch and they safe guarded it for me until I could return.
I STRONGLY suggest you call ahead to ensure their major remodeling (Construction) is completed or be willing to put up with the related issues. For us, the elevator was out and there was no additional staff to assist with luggage to the 3rd floor. There is very limited parking & hotel door access, and construction debris everywhere. The construction noises start at 8AM. There were numerous instances of poor fit & finish after room remodeling. Many "kinks" left to discover and sort out. This was hands down the best hotel stay we have ever had. Vincent was assisting us at breakfast and he was the best! He helped grab what ever was needed. He really cared for and assisted my two boys! I can not recommended this for your stay more!
