This is a 3-star hotel at best, but I'll give it a 4-star review overall. Room rate was good value and the location was convenient for what we needed. It is right on top of the airport, but since Hilton Head has mostly daytime traffic and light aircraft it was never a nuisance. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. This hotel does feel a bit more like a motel, and the building is cheap and dated. Easy to find location, and friendly staff. However if you are looking to stay more than 1 night this may not be a good fit. The walls are incredibly thin, and we could hear everyone around us. Conversations, sneezing etc. Our room was beside another guest who had at least 2 small dogs who wouldn't stop barking it was echoing down the hall even. Front desk was aware, but me changing rooms or leaving and receiving a refund wasn't an option. I only stayed the night here because I was too exhausted to drive 3 hours home. The wom... read more
