The location is clean and nice, the team is very friendly and helpful.
Front desk clerks were nice. Servers at breakfast and housekeeping staff seemed a little off put.
I stayed at this hotel during a summer getaway to Hilton Head Island and found it to be a highly convenient and comfortable base for exploring the area. The location is excellent, tucked away in a quiet spot but still just a short drive from the beaches, golf courses, and excellent local restaurants. My room was clean, well-appointed, and featured the signature comfortable bedding that made it easy to unwind after a long day in the sun. Great location, close to all the shops and beach
Nice simple rooms. Great employees. The only con would be the noise - cleaning starts around 8am on weekends and crew is very loud. Very loud. Screaming down hallways, slamming vacuums into doors/walls, and letting doors continuously slam shut. I get having to get it done but people are on vacation so maybe push it back an hour or two? Especially weekends. Or try to be quieter.
