Stopped in last Monday ! Drove all the way from Ky asked to stay one night ! After 45 min the women could not give us a room and kept saying her commuters were down ?? Went up the road got a cheaper rate stayed some where else for the night !! Terrible service and will never go back
This location was the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever experienced. Rooms are very small. Queen beds are more like a full size, with springs that hurt my back. Pillows were cheap, thin, and smelled. The brown 1970s carpet is absolutely filthy. The AC units are old and unable to cool or keep up with the humidity. Our first room had wet carpet, and damp bed linens. Someone was smoking weed in a room nearby; even the hallway stunk. CSR at the front desk was very nice and offered to change our room. We moved to the second floor. Imme... read more
Stayed here for a sales pitch for Hilton Vacation time shares. Was suppose to be 3 nights. It is not modern it is a dump and inside outside not maintained. Rat traps outside by doors visible and roaches in building. Near airport?? Airport is behind the fence on the property. Loud noisy noise sleep building has no insulation you here every door and person. We stayed one night and checked out. Still fighting corporate for refund and would not help us relocate
