Just wanted to share my recent hotel experience, which was awesome! The price was seriously a steal for what we got. Everything was spotless, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Plus, we booked it last minute, and it all went super smoothly - no issues at all. Oh, and the free breakfast was delicious!
First room, 403, no power in most of the outlets (they don’t know why). 2nd room, 303, rat-sized holes in the bathroom walls. Hilton relocated me. This property should not be open. I wonder if a visit from the fire marshal, code enforcement, and Hilton would fix it… The staff here was a nice as anyone could ever ask for. Really. The friendliest staff I have ever experienced at a Hampton. The Hampton brand is in free-fall. Avoid this property.
They were going through renovations at the time. Baseboards were gone on 3rd floor. However, the service staff was beyond exceptional at making the visit a pleasant & relaxing one. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Great sunsets.
