Laura, Kaylie, and all of the employees were great! Couldn't ask for a better staff, all the members of their team, top notch. The room was clean, there was some work going on, on the floor we were on, 4th. Never heard a sound, the room was quiet. The view of the lake was fantastic.
The hotel is currently in the middle of renovation... when we arrived and checked in and opened the door to the room that I had chosen on the app. Just to find out The room had no air conditioner and had not been cleaned. This was one of the rooms that was under renovation front desk, evidently knew nothing about it so, we had to wait for another room. The new room that they gave us, which was right down the hall, had a gap in the doorway of about 1 1/2 inches.... I know I should have took pictures.
