Decent hotel right on the river walk.
Hotel would not provide additional pillows for our kids that were staying on the pull out couch bed.
I had a very disappointing experience. The digital key system was unreliable, leading to a late and stressful arrival. Furthermore, I found the staff to be unhelpful and seemingly untrained, which compounded the issues. For future guests, I strongly suggest that management address both the digital key functionality and provide comprehensive customer service training for employees. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this dump to other travelers.
