It was good. A very comfortable room for my son and I. Great location.
Stressed moms and dads - this is the place. The staff were extremely nice, rooms are very clean, beds were amazingly comfortable. The pool is HUGE and it’s WARM. We same for a while until The connected waterpark opened at 4pm the night we stayed. It was amazing. Water at the water park was pretty warm as well. On a recent visit with my family of 6, we ran into an issue with our reservation to no fault of the hotels. Katie and Nicole were quick to handle the situation and make sure that we had accommodations for my family. These two ladies went above and beyond to make what could have been a terrible weekend away for my family into restoring my faith in customer service. the hotel itself is pleasant and kid friendly.
