I saw various information online about Blast off Bay (indoor water park) being included with the room reservation. To be clear: there is a Olympic sized lap pool that is free to get into attached to the building, but the blast off bay part is another fee, but you do get a discount on those tickets if your staying in a room.

Give it 3 stars for service only because our room wasn't cleaned and we weren't given clean towels. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was empty also. Bed wasn't made,but not a big deal. We stayed 2 nights,so we figured we would get clean towels. The lady at the front desk told us they don't clean rooms every day. So heads up.

This was one of the best motels I’ve stayed in super friendly and clean. All the front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. Every interaction we had with the staff during our stay was great, so no complaints there. However, for the cost of the stay and the way the amenities were advertised, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The indoor pool is actually part of the Genesis Health Club, which is connected to the hotel by a long foyer and closes at 9pm.
