Mediocre hotel, but awful chemical smell in lobby and room. Dated and could use updates. Room was clean but had chemical smell. Chlorine perhaps? The breakfast offered was very nice and lots of choices and very well maintained.
I've noticed on a couple of other reviews about bed bugs. After staying only one night I came away with several, 5 in total, bug bites when I woke in the morning. Despite that, when I checked out, my incidental deposit was also taken because the carpet was torn under the door coming into the room. I noticed this when I checked in but thought nothing about it until I was accused of causing the damage. Good location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good internet. Hotel can use some minor repairs. Paint/walls chipping in restroom, dated shower, cracked ceramic tile in elevator. Rooms are clean and quiet
