I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn, Franklin. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way make sure my stay was the best it could be. I really appreciate this since these days it is rare to have such a positive customer service experience. Highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed here several times and will be back soon. Great place to stay. Close to everything.
Never seems to upgrade anything over last 3 yrs
Rooms need to be updated. Limited TV channels, never tried their wi-fi. One of the rooms smelled of pet urine - the hotel gave a different room. Breakfast was ok
