I booked this hotel for one night as I was stopping in to Franklin just for a day. I never had to deal with customer service as I used the digital check in and key, but the lobby was clean and nice. It’s a little outdated but not terrible. It is secluded, but in a good way! I slept well and was back on the road the next day!
Nice location, but Erica the front desk person was absolutely horrible. Never in my life have I experience the level of rudeness by anyone. My in laws lost their home, dogs and every piece of important information they have due to a house fire. They were put up in the room by red cross. This lady did not care and made it very clear she did not care. Tried to have my husband removed from the property because he wanted to check on his grandfather to bring him food and his medicine and he was not responding to us. We had to cal... read more
