Very bad experience, hotel smelled very bad First room they gave me had the door open and was dirty. They gave me another room but first they send somebody to check if it was clean
Failedto clean room. Not ok.
Walked in and walked right back out. The SMELL of mildew and mold hit us before we saw it in the room. The elevator was shady at best. Stayed less than 30 seconds in the room and walked right back out. Asked for 100% refund and found elsewhere to stay. Lady at the desk was really sweet - like she knew we weren't going to stay.
I made the error of not reading the reviews before I stayed here. I agree with everyone else about the age of the property, its condition, the smells, etc. The biggest issue is that my room has a severe dip in the floor due to foundation issues. When I checked in late last night, I thought I could deal with it. However, today I have tripped multiple times while trying to get ready and pack to leave.
