Great rooms, price and breakfast
rooms were clean, no issues.. breakfast was decent, nothing to complain about here. definitely recommend
My wife of 33 years and I travel frequently and we have always had great experiences with Hampton Inns. Until this time. I would cancel my travel plans to visit family if I had no other choice than to stay at the Hampton Inn Fairmont, WV. There were issues both during our stay, and after the fact. Before I continue, let me state that we choose Hampton because their facilities have always been "a cut above". Very friendly staff Richard saved our vacation. Pool is great and our room is nice size with a pull out bed for our daughter. Will be our new go to when visiting my family
If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service here. I arrived with a flat tire in a pretty stressful situation, and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring.
