I was expecting more from a Hampton Inn, I was told the mattresses were all brand new. They were extremely soft and extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning wouldn’t go any lower than 71 and it is over 90° out tonight. There is no pad and pencil I understand that costs need to be cut, but I used to hold the name Hampton Inn and higher regard. There isn’t even extra garbage bags as to put your trash in very disappointed from Pennsylvania. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

When we first got to our room all we could hear was a dog barking for awhile next door to us so I was a little worried at first but eventually it stopped. The room had a lot of dust on the tables and there was mold in the shower and something crusty on the carpet which I didn't like. The main lobby was clean and the pool was nice and warm. The breakfast was really good also. I would say the cleaners could definitely do a better job as this is the Hampton Inn by Hilton and I feel the room should have been much cleaner. it was close to our event the TV was broke for 2 days each they said they would work on it I asked out another room they didnt have any and didnt do anything to fix or make right :( they didnt make the bed or room for 2 days it was really loud all night with people

Room has a stale and soggy smell to it. Wet drink rings left next to the phone.
