Horrible Horrible experience with this hotel. No key cards so some one had to let us in every time we left. They say they have queen beds, more like full or should we say big twin beds. Did not have t.p. in the room, shampoo was empty, and breakfast was a waste of time
Pros: Front desk staff are kind, effective, and attentive, I can’t say enough good things about them. Located around all kinds of food. Rooms aren’t the biggest, but large enough to still be comfy and the hallways look good. Cons: Wifi was down on the day of check-in, about a week ago and is still down as of this review. I have a keycard, but it seems like the hotel was unable to make keys shortly after I arrived and I saw an employee get yelled at by a guest because I had a keycard, they didn’t. Absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We booked this hotel nobody mentioned anything to us while booking. We couldn’t have key cards to get into rooms. They had to walk us and let us in our room with a key card? Walked outside at 11 to get stuff out of car couldn’t get back in cause no one was at the front desk to let us in stood outside for 15 min. As you see I got a room with crap smirred on the bathroom wall. I was very disappointed with my stay. I will never be at this place again. Only decent thing about this place was location. And that they serve breakfast.
