Terrible service! My husband checked in to the hotel on our way to TN & was told my the clerk at the desk that they do not allow cash payments. So, he gave her our prepaid credit card to hold our reservation for the night & told her we would pay cash upon checkout. She guaranteed our card would not be charged. Upon checkout, my husband paid cash & we were on our way. Well, it has now been 4 days & our prepaid credit card still has not been credited for the night's rental fee of $126.41.
