While the staff have been great, the room itself is terrible. There seems to something horribly wrong with the air conditioning that makes the room very dank and damp. Everything is wet. The tile floor, the carpet, the sheets are wet. I mentioned it at the desk and they reminded me that Louisiana is humid, but the lobby and hallway is fine. 2 more nights here. We had such a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn in Covington, Louisiana. Nice and clean hotel and super nice employees like Chip, EJ and Patrick. They made us feel right at home during our stay!
Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend Hilton hotels including Hampton Inn is on top of my reservations anywhere I travel.
