Room was comfortable. Bottle of Beer $6 ridiculous.
Had bed bugs, lied after I showed them and said it was a beetle but offered me 10,000 points. Very nasty sheets were dingy looking and poor service. Manager never called to try to fix the situation and owners have no accountability. Im a diamond member who was bitten by bed bugs at this Hotel and nothing was done about it. Had to go to hospital bites were infected.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Covington. I booked a government rate online, but upon my late-night arrival, the front desk agent refused to honor it unless I provided a Purchase Order from my company. When I explained the situation, her "solution" was to ask if I could go back to Atlanta to get the document and return.
