While I’d love to say the hotel was great, it was just okay. That being said, the staff was outstanding. Leading up to our stay we worked with James for a few unique request. He was unbelievably accommodating. He personally made follow up phone calls to ensure our needs were met. He was great! on a recent stay I was given room 104 with a walk in shower and the shower floor was very slippery making it unsafe. I spoke to the front desk and they told me they are aware and will correct during the next remodeling. Also, the hotel WIFI does not have a password for firewall protection

Hotel was clean and convenient for our stay. As others have stated, it could stand to have some upgrades done, but it was perfectly serviceable. Shower head was actually tall enough for my 6ft husband but the fan wasn't working.

We are from Lawrenceburg, KY. I booked a room a week and a half ago in Coldwater, MI for a King Suite. We are on our way there, and they called and told us that they overbooked and that we no longer have a room. This is unacceptable. I will not ever book with Hilton ever again. We got lucky and Holiday Inn had two rooms left, but we don’t get the jacuzzi which is one of the reasons that I booked with Hampton Inn. So, make sure you have a backup plan if staying in one of their hotels.

The workers were nice, the rooms were absolutely disgusting old drapes that haven’t been cleaned in 5 years the ac in multiple rooms had mold on it and the air smelled or mold and mildew in one room and the other of my grandmothers stagnant basement. Go somewhere else this places is an absolute last resort if every hotel in 60 miles is booked up.
