The hotel was nice enough for a quick stay, but the room could have used a little updating. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was super helpful, which made the experience better. I'd maybe come back if I needed a place to crash again.

A bit farther from the center of Springfield, but conveniently located near a variety of shops within the same shopping center. The breakfast was good and the room was clean, making it a great option when the price is right.

I am a Hilton member, so I checked in through my app with keyless entry, and I did not deal with the front desk, which was nice. and everything worked as it's supposed to for check in. the rooms were clean and had everything I needed. the hotel itself was very nice.

I booked confirmed connected rooms in August. These people told me they didnt have that available despite my reservation. I have never had this happen in the many years of booking connecting rooms for our dance competitions. They gave some excuse of the military being there and needing connecting rooms. I am retired from the Airforce National Guard and know this is an untrue statement. Its false advertising to say it is confirmed connecting rooms. Sorry I am so disgusted.
