Although we experienced a few minor issues during our last stay, I want to give special recognition to the front office manager, Luis, who truly went above and beyond. He took the time to address our concerns and followed up in a timely and professional manner, which made a big difference. As for the hotel itself, we did notice a stain on our comforter. Stay away from room 115. There is a gap at the bottom of the door that is almost an inch between the floor and the bottom of the door. Also, the room must be adjacent to a boiler room or something because at 4:45am it sounds like a C-17 going through its engine start up procedure. I know we’re close to Westover but damn, I didn’t know I was sleeping on the flight line. I woke up looking for my M4 and ruck.

I can't complain about my experience at this Hampton Inn. The parking was free, the room was clean and spacious, and the majority of the staff was friendly. The finishes were updated, and everything worked as it should. The pool area was heated and clean, the breakfast had variety and a waffle maker. When we got there, there were spots of blood on the sheets (small, easily missed, everything else was meticulously cleaned), and when we called the front desk, the staff was horrified and came over to give us new sheets immediat... read more
