Excellent place and good service.
Clean and renovated rooms. Centrally located for stays in the Pioneer Valley. Utilitarian breakfast.
Our family travels a lot (tournaments, out of town family, etc), and we stay at Hampton Inn's all of the time. This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. It is recently remodeled, so that helps, but our room and bathroom were spotless. We usually only stay 1-2 nights at a place so I could care less about the style of decor (modern), or surrounding area (busy strip mall) as some reviews have mentioned. Hotel is right in line with other Hampton Inns but the service and staff at this one is definitely a step up. Staff were so friendly, respectful and caring. What an unbelievable experience. Rooms were clean and manageable for a 2 night stay. Hotel is near a ton and right off the highway.
Room was spotless smelled clean. Mobil key feature makes access very easy.
