Nice accommodation for the fee.
We had a very disappointing visit to this Hampton Inn location. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed our room smelled of rotten fish sticks. We let the front desk staff know, and asked if we could switch rooms. Staff informed us that because they were sold out, there were no other rooms. Staff made no effort to address the issue, and seemed annoyed we even tried to address the issue with them. Clean property and one of the better breakfasts I have had at a Hampton.
Worst Hampton I have ever stayed at and I stay every week at Hiltons for work. This is NOT family-friendly nor dog-friendly. The staff are not accommodating. I have never reviewed a hotel negatively and I am extremely disappointed in management. They called to cancel my room when they tried to charge my room at 9 am the morning of check-in. I asked for recording as the guy wasn't very friendly on the phone, no one responded. Breakfast closes at 8:51 am, not 9 am. If you come at 9 am, they will not bend.
