My girl Cindy is great but lately recent staff have not been unfortunately
Our room was dirty. There was dried pet pee on the floor. The front desk changed our room for us, however it was also dirty with stains and hair all over the bathroom floor. The vent in our room made the room smell bad like a urine smell. I will say the front desk staff were very kind and tried to help. However, I would not recommend this hotel.
Great location, not too far from Chicago. Clean rooms, staff is super friendly and breakfast is great!
Clean newer Hampton Inn with two Tesla chargers. Clean comfortable newer Hampton Inn with two free (when available) 10kw Tesla destination chargers. Note that this Hampton does not have any of the larger suites; it has only standard rooms. The breakfast is the typical Hampton fare with several hot and cold options, and the areas were well kept. I arrived very late, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
This place accused me of stealing a gift bag and then stole $250 of my dollars, called the police on me for packing too slow after being forced out of our hotel room and called the cops. When the cops searched my bags they found nothing stolen. The Hotel manager was referring to the complimentary gift bags at check in. When I returned the gift bag at check in an explained the miscommunication they still called the police. The staff said nothing, I haven't gotten my money back for a room that was paid for.
