Lovely hotel! Liked that it is conveniently located for concerts at Huntington Bank Pavilion. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and professional. Room was extremely clean. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, and the breakfast area was very well maintained. Highly recommend!
My hopes were dashed when I arrived and my request for a featherless room was not received. I waited for a nearly a half hour in the lobby while housekeeping was sent up to change the pillows and bed spread for me. Finally, after not hearing anything, I went to the counter, were the person who helped me longer was. Someone else came out, and had to call HK to find out if the room was ready because nothing had been reported back.
