Great spacious rooms with friendly and helpful cleaning staff. Gorgeous lobby that marries Chicago’s art deco roots and the Motor Row location. Lovely breakfast buffet (the breakfast lady Chen was the highlight of my stay - helpful, kind and accommodating re: allergies or special dietary requests). There’s a Starbucks on the ground floor, as well as separate elevators for each hotel under the Hilton umbrella. An ice machine on each floor was a boon in the sweltering summer heatwave.

I did the mobile check in and when I got there, the room I selected wasn't ready and it was well after check in time. How are the room options listed, if they're not available? I had to still go to the front desk to check into the room. LITERALLY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF MOBILE CHECK IN, but very on par for a Hampton Inn. It never fails with Hampton Inn. The room was nice though and the night time front desk crew was very nice and helpful

Great location, close proximity to Soldier Field and Michigan Avenue. Rooms were clean and service was good.
