Unprofessional and unreachable! Tried to cancel and couldn't get a hold of anyone and was charged full price, even though I never stayed one night there!
The rooms were good and the people were nice but the problem was, on the third day, someone took the head of my charger! Its nowhere to be seen and im guessing it's because of the people who cleaned our room. Someone took away the last thing my brother have bought me after he goes to his bootcamp for the military. We have searched the whole place, and we cant find it anywhere.
Under renovation which they don't tell you until you walk in, elevators get stuck and does not signal the front desk, only giving two stars because it was a good breakfast.
It was okay. Nothing special. Area not the best but not the worst. Room was outdated but did the job. They are renovating so maybe this will change. Did not offer my free water being a diamond member as well. Gym had the minimum
