The front desk clerk were very rude, she made multiple racial comments; she even insinuated I was broke and told me the machine didn’t like my debit card; yes; she told me ‘ the machine doesn’t like certain debit card’ she then proceeds to tell me my card declined in front of everyone; although, my card had more than enough money, not to mention; they had already took out my account, this was only the refundable $50 deposit; she told me it was some magical and she was able to push it through; I was totally confused. El hotel no está como te lo muestran en las fotos de cualquier plataforma, este se encuentra en remodelacion y el costo bastante alto para lo que ofrece. No hay una recepción formal (solo un escritorio improvisado), el desayuno se sirve en un cuarto de conferencias, por lo que es improvisado también con unas mesas y de fondo un monto de sillas amontonadas, no servía un elevador cuando yo me hospede. La remodelacion bastante desordenada con material y muebles por donde quiera.
Hotels is under remodeling, but the staff is where this hotel shines, very friendly and helpful.
I have stayed at the Hampton inn 2 times this year and never had a problem with there rooms but last Saturday night my son pointed out to me that there was a bug crawling on his head board and it big bed bug after that he refused to sleep in the bed probably will be are last time staying there
