Awful sewer smell thoughout the night in the room.
Pillows are lumpy. Pool is still closed as mentioned in reviews. But the real sin for me is the room being dirty. Bathroom floor is sticky, visibly dirty. Other people’s hair in tub/on toilet. The Home2Suites is a much cleaner, nicer property if you have the option.
I booked best hotel especially because it had an indoor pool. When we checked in there was a sign that the pool was under maintenance and when I asked why I was asked why I was not informed that it wasn't working when I booked the room the young man said oh you have to askthat!!! I did get a verbal apology however when I asked how long it's been out for a month.
I checked into the property on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. At check-in, I presented my credit card and authorized a charge of approximately $829. At no point was I informed that there were any issues with the reservation. It was later discovered that a hotel employee had mistakenly entered the incorrect checkout date, resulting in my crew and I remaining in the hotel until Friday rather than Thursday.
