Remodeling going on and the contractors do not clean up. Trash all over the floors, dirty buckets in the hallways, wires hanging from the ceilings.
Stay away from that dirty hotel, I went for work found a lot of roaches/bug when I tried to ask them for room service and report it, they didn't do anything until I went again asking for the manager
Have stayed there two times. The rooms and location are great. However, the online book and payment system are a nightmare. Finally, I have to call the front desk to book the room in both times. This time, the price given by the operator on the phone is different from the online price from Hilton and the operator basically politely suggested I must use a wrong website.
Being renovated.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Margret made a great breakfast. Will definitely be back again.
