Great experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and easy, thanks to Meriton who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Really appreciated his professionalism and friendliness.
The hotel is very nice, the rooms are in very good condition. The bathroom is very nice, the water pressure is good, and the temperature is also good. The staff is very attentive, especially at reception. The only things I didn't like were that cleaning is done every other day and the breakfast is a bit chaotic.
Lo bueno: la ubicación es muy buena, en el centro de Manhattan. Lo malo: todo lo demás, habitaciones muy pequeñas, todo el tiempo colapsado de gente, ascensores que podes esperar hasta 10’, el desayuno está bien pero es muy difícil conseguir donde sentarte en cualquier momento de la franja horaria, el personal no resuelve absolutamente nada, 7 días entre el 9 y el 15 de agosto 2025
