We stayed here for two nights before flying back home. On our first night before checking in, no one was anywhere to be found inside for 5-10 minutes. When the receptionist finally came out behind the desk, she very much had an attitude which we did not appreciate. Like other reviews, we did have concerns about the available elevators. Both seemed to be out of date and shook a lot when going up and down. We thought we would get stuck in one of them as it kept bouncing around floor 2. Rooms weren’t clean enough. Luckily it’s one of the cheaper hotels that is close to so-fi stadium, which is why it got even 3 stars.
Alfonso, the receptionist is such an amazing guy! He saved us from such headache this early mornings by helping us find available room and he done everythint to make it happen! Appreciated!
