Only one elevator working.. very slow
Do not rely on the airport shuttle. The website advertises a shuttle service, but none arrived after waiting nearly two hours. The front desk repeatedly said it was on the way, but nothing ever showed up. Management completely dismissed the issue afterward with slow, inefficient communication.
Great staff , clean place
The stay was marvelous clean, the breakfast was great hot coffee and a great nights sleep what more could ya ask for thank Hampton Inn💕
