If I could give ZERO stars I would. Extremely Disappointed With My Stay at Hampton Inn Branson Hills I am extremely disappointed and upset with my stay at Hampton Inn Branson Hills from August 22–23. What should have been a comfortable and accessible stay turned into an experience where I felt singled out, disregarded, and put at risk. I specifically booked a handicap-accessible room because I am a fall risk. Room was clean, employees were friendly and breakfast was good. My only complaint was the shower head wasn’t the best and they didn’t provide toothpaste or body wash if you didn’t request it at the desk.
