Could not have been better. Me and my two children didn't arrive until the middle of the night after a long day of flight delays. I had called ahead to say we would be very late. Rod had us pre-checked in and ready to go with our room keys the minute we saw him. He also gave us late check out so we could catch up on some sleep. Then we didn't get going until breakfast was over for the morning, but they were very kind to let us take a couple things for the road anyway. 10 out of 10. Location is great! Restaurants close early. Housekeeping could do a little better. Shower curtains badly need washing. Water was standing in the tub and murky from shower curtains. Furnishings are limited for the price. Rooms are small and It’s dated, but service is professional and fabulous!
Nice hotel for the area.. Staff is friendly. Didn't care for the door Dashers servicing the area. Which isn't hotel fault. All in all good value for the money spent for this hotel..
Went there on a trip. Online it stated room rates of around $120, got there and was told it was $340 due to fifa a sporting event that WAS OVER ALREADY. So I guess price gauging is what Hilton does now. And its not like they where swamped. There was almost nobody staying. And the charging outlets in the rooms were broken. I do not recommend staying here.
Excellent hotel! Managers reception is great. Good workout room and service was excellent!
