Central to everything Asheville, we stay here whenever we are in the area. As expected from a Hilton property, the rooms are clean and well kept. The staff here couldn’t be more pleasant and accommodating. Be aware that the parking lot is on a lower level so after unloading your things at the door, someone has to climb a flight of stairs or walk up a semi-steep walkway to get back up to hotel. I’m 71 and not in the best of health but I did not find it difficult to navigate.

Exceptional Hotel management and staff equals a wonderful stay! This property has exactly that. Rooms were updated and really did pass the cleanliness test. Very comfortable beds and furniture as well. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of items to select from, so everyone can find something they enjoy. Don't be surprised if the General Manager, Jessica, stops by your table at breakfast to see how your visit is going. Staff is fantastic. Helped with a problem renting a car. They really were great. The breakfast is above average in quality.
