I wouldve given this review 5 stars if it wasnt for how rude and dismissive Himanshu was other than that my stay was honestly great , Duana and Jeanette were very helpful with check in and any questions i had as well as duana taking the time to check the laundry room because housekeeping accidentally took my personal blanket i brought from home.
Donna made sure everything was on point from the beginning to the end of our stay. Service was tip tier and we were greeted with a warm welcome each time we returned to our room. Breakfast was great, clean rooms, and amazing staff.
This place is always good.
Close restaurants that is always a plus. Rooms are good.
I checked in with my dog rosy so they gave me a room that was "dog friendly " meaning it was a room used for guests who had a dog with them. The room was nice and clean except the carpet which had a bad smell. Although I was checked in for over an hour they still agreed to switch my room. The second suite was just as spacious and clean as well as the carpet except the room had fleas that must have been starving because they were jumping on us in the bed.
