Excellent service for first time setup of CPAP machine. Having the human connection in the comfort of my own home to go over functions and use was ideal. Knowledgeable and friendly team member with a background in breathing therapy to help with each step and answer questions :)!!
William Miritello was terrific. The appointment went smoothly and he was very precise and patient. I appreciated his knowledge of the device and its functioning.
Being new to the CPAP Arena and not possessing any tech skills I was so happy to be assigned Salena who was so polite patient and understanding and took her time with no frustration to explain and reexplain certain procedures to me until I got it. A CPAP User herself she was super knowledgeable about all the equipment and plugs and cords and filters and her instructions were very easy to understand. Thank you HOMECARE THANK YOU SALENA!
