RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN.the only thing they can garantee is lots of legal fees to fight these bustards because of their garanteed 3-5 year build timeline.Your build will constantly be on hold .Extremely unprofessional,Ph and don't ask them to do their job properly your build will be delayed longer as punishment.But they don't have any negative reviews you ask, they take their site down periodically to delete negative reviews.
We are so grateful for finding Hampton Home Builders. They have been so supportive, helping us with everything when designing our home. From answering ALL our questions no matter how silly they may have been and giving us updates through every step on their website which is amazing! We would recommend them to anyone and everyone we meet! So pleasant and lovely. Our appointments were always calm even when we brought the kids, they had toys and drinks available there making our meetings so much more enjoyable.
When we started looking for a builder we weren't sure who to go with, after calling around a bit, we came across Hampton Home Builders website and fell in love with the look of it, so luxurious. When we went to see them we were amazed at the care and consideration they took from our first appointment right through to handing us the keys to our brand new home.
