I've been coming to Sue's salon for a couple of years now following a recommendation. Always professional, excellent service, prompt and efficient. My hair has never looked better.
Sue has been my hairdresser for some 20 years. I have not hesitated to follow her to her exciting new salon in Hampton. The reason is that Sue is the best hairdresser I have come across in my life ( I am in my 50's ). As well as that Sue is polite, warm, kind and considerate. The most unprofessional hairdresser I’ve ever come across – Sue. I walked out with my roots untouched, hair half-dried, and zero accountability. When I asked for a fix, she blamed being “understaffed” – as if that’s the client’s problem. After chasing her multiple times, I finally secured an appointment to have my hair corrected. Over the phone, I was assured the colour chart would be ready at my 9:15am appointment. My wife Mirella asked me to post this review: I have been coming to have my hair cut and coloured for 3 years now. I have recommended friends to Sue and they all are so happy. My daughter also loves coming to have her hair cut by Sue. I can't speak highly enough of Sue's professionalism, so friendly and the best Hairdresser l have ever been to (and l am an ex Hairdresser, so that says it all).
