The most unprofessional hairdresser I’ve ever come across – Sue. I walked out with my roots untouched, hair half-dried, and zero accountability. When I asked for a fix, she blamed being “understaffed” – as if that’s the client’s problem. After chasing her multiple times, I finally secured an appointment to have my hair corrected. My wife Mirella asked me to post this review: I have been coming to have my hair cut and coloured for 3 years now. I have recommended friends to Sue and they all are so happy. My daughter also loves coming to have her hair cut by Sue. I can't speak highly enough of Sue's professionalism, so friendly and the best Hairdresser l have ever been to (and l am an ex Hairdresser, so that says it all). Sue was so so lovely and kind. My hair was amazing she really listened to what I wanted. Looking forward to going back again :)
