We had the pleasure of working with Dan to purchase our daughters Kona. He was extremely helpful, easy going, and straightforward throughout the whole process. He explained everything and was awesome to work with. Definitely will be back to work with Dan!
This rating specifically goes to Jeremy in Service. I needed an important repair and my initial contacts informed me that regular scheduling was out 3 weeks. Jeremy worked hard to get me, communicated very expeditiously and finished the repair quicker than anticipated. Dealer Service should be modeled after Jeremy’s efforts!
I would’ve given the Hyundai Genesis service department 6 stars but Google limits me to 5. I had the pleasure of working with Tim Watson. He was so helpful with extending the warranty on my 2022 Genesis. I highly recommend that this warranty is purchased at the time you purchase the car new or before the industry’s best warranty runs out at 60k miles. They acted as though they had something better to do. then they over charge me my car was still covered under warranty and they charge us anyway...rip off don't go to this dealership
I drove over two hours for an oil change, only to be turned away and told they wouldn’t take me in. This is beyond frustrating, especially since Genesis heavily promotes 36 months / 36,000 miles of complimentary maintenance, which was a major reason I chose the brand in the first place. To make matters worse, the Hyundai location closest to me no longer services Genesis vehicles, leaving me stranded with no real options after already wasting hours of my day.
