I would’ve given the Hyundai Genesis service department 6 stars but Google limits me to 5. I had the pleasure of working with Tim Watson. He was so helpful with extending the warranty on my 2022 Genesis. I highly recommend that this warranty is purchased at the time you purchase the car new or before the industry’s best warranty runs out at 60k miles. They acted as though they had something better to do. then they over charge me my car was still covered under warranty and they charge us anyway...rip off don't go to this dealership

I drove over two hours for an oil change, only to be turned away and told they wouldn’t take me in. This is beyond frustrating, especially since Genesis heavily promotes 36 months / 36,000 miles of complimentary maintenance, which was a major reason I chose the brand in the first place. To make matters worse, the Hyundai location closest to me no longer services Genesis vehicles, leaving me stranded with no real options after already wasting hours of my day. Had my Genesis G90 serviced by Joshua G. Right from the start, very professional and informative. Spoke clear, explained exactly what was to be done; didn't rush through his explanations as if I was just another customer. For a young guy, very mature. Great job Josh!!!
