My husband and I have purchased several items in the past with wonderful results BUT this time Hampton Furniture went above and beyond for us. We purchased a sofa two years ago and just noticed the one arm wearing terribly. Barbara and Brian contacted the manufacturer and didn't stop until we were given a full credit toward any sofa the store. Now that is customer service above and beyond! Thank you Barbara and Brian.

The store is roomy and well put together. The variety is amazing. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. Great first experience. Will be going back when we need more items!
