I’ve ordered three times from Hampton Fitness. With two orders it was done through customer service, one via their website. Their customer service is pretty unbelievably great. Very responsive, and eager to help. To top off amazing customer service, their products are exceptional. They pay attention to the smallest details, even down to how their logo lines up on opposite sides of a dumbbell. I needed to get an Olympic bar and plates to do my much missed weight training due to COVID. After waiting months for Rogue Fitness (due to low inventory), I emailed my company fitness center to know what brand we carried in our very professional company gym. Hampton Fitness apparently. Quickly jumped on their website to find everything I need is in stock - awesome! Ordered and received everything in THREE DAYS!!! Just completed purchase and like others have said I loved customer service experience. Seamless purchase transaction followed up by very quick shipper text and then followed up with contact from Hampton Customer Service confirming everything. In a world bot service and noise this is a much needed and desirable business strategy. Amazon has set high expectations for online experience and it is great to see independent operators also dedicated to the customer experience. Great food. Great drinks. Great staff. Nick was our waiter and killed it. My wife and I didn't like one of our drinks and had no problem taking it back. Took the drinks off our check with no problem or even asking.
