Brought my grandma here for her scheduled appointment at 10am and its now 1:15. Whats the sense of an appointment? All she had was a question no test were being done!
The building looks abandoned from the main....but that's secondary. ...the doctor take forever to get to me....over an hour after my appointment....and very few patients were there
I am new in area. Was easy to set up an appt. Reasonable cash price, without insurance.
Makes no sense you set an appointment because you will still have to wait a minimum of one hour before you are seen. Doctor is a nice and caring doctor but she doesn't have enough help (stable and consistent help) to ensure that patients are able to come in and go out quickly and on schedule. The Nurse that is here has no customer service skills at all and is very unprofessional. It takes a while before your call is returned as well.
