Today was my second visit, 2 years after my previous prescription. Also to seek ongoing guidance regarding changes to my vision from aging and chemotherapy. Ian on my first visit and Katrina today. Their knowledge and advice is so encouraging and they’re really nice people too! Thanks :)

Fantastic experience, I phoned the clinic at 4 o’clock with a painful eye irritation and was fortunate enough for Ian Douglas to squeeze me in before he left. He helped take away the pain and gave my eyes a thorough examination. Although I have no idea what makes a good optometrist, he comes across as though he excels at his job. He prescribed some medicine and my eyes are already 100 times better 14 hours later. I can’t explain how happy I was with their service. And how appreciative I am he squeezed me in at late notice.

It's great to be able to trust such incredibly experienced optometrists, and having the same person year in and year out checking my eyes. Dani thanks for helping me choose my new glasses, havent seen anything like them anywhere else. Can't wait to pick them up!
