You would list all your hidden fees and provide a map of available units so people know what units are available and where they are located in relation to the rest of the community But you don’t do either of those- just another example of how you are dishonest. You purposely don’t post that information so you can use sketchy marketing tactics to make people feel a sense of urgency to move in because the units are going quickly when in fact, they are not . My first interaction with this property went well and they were polite and informative but as soon as I submitted an application, I could not get through to anyone no matter what time I called and got no returned voice messages. Expectations of call backs were not met, emails ignored and now my refunded admin fee check is not clearing verification of funds from the property management’s bank. We had a fridge on the verge of no longer working. We were extremely happy that they were able to replace it immediately within hours on Saturday. Now that is awesome attention to their tenants. Thank you!!!
Pushy rude attitudes. I caught them lying. What they do is give you a deal but only for a short period of time. They tell you they have 24 units available then wait a few days and say now there are only 16. It’s a scam to make you rush to get you to apply. How do I know? Because over a month ago I made a fake account and they did the exact same thing. The exact same numbers! I have the emails to prove it! You are just mad you got caught lying!
