Went to tour at like 9:50am, getting out of my vehicle the guy walked out with some signs, didn’t greet or anything so I figured there was someone else in the office. There was a sign at the door that they would be back at 10am, so I stood there and watched him put the signs by the street. If you were actually committed to transparency. You would list all your hidden fees and provide a map of available units so people know what units are available and where they are located in relation to the rest of the community But you don’t do either of those- just another example of how you are dishonest. You purposely don’t post that information so you can use sketchy marketing tactics to make people feel a sense of urgency to move in because the units are going quickly when in fact, they are not . My first interaction with this property went well and they were polite and informative but as soon as I submitted an application, I could not get through to anyone no matter what time I called and got no returned voice messages. Expectations of call backs were not met, emails ignored and now my refunded admin fee check is not clearing verification of funds from the property management’s bank. We had a fridge on the verge of no longer working. We were extremely happy that they were able to replace it immediately within hours on Saturday. Now that is awesome attention to their tenants. Thank you!!!
