Maria was absolutely amazing! We came in 20 minutes before the leasing office closed and she took the time to chat with us about our options and even took us on a tour! She was very knowledgeable about the property and the amenities offered. I would highly recommend Maria as your leasing agent!
Best experience ever!!! Maria and Prince were so amazing, helpful, positive, warm, inviting and patient with a LONG process of waiting to sell my house before getting an apartment. My friend lives here and loves it. The whole community is so nice and clean and I love seeing all the smiling faces every time I'm there. Can't wait to move in!

I applied to this place in 2024. When I came in to sign my lease and get keys, I realized that I was charged more than I should be for a partial month. The formula they were using was wrong. I wonder how many people they did that to. I was told by the manager that was there at that time that I would be reimbursed for my credit application fee. Well, I never was refunded for that. I moved on and have recommended a few people there but told them to make sure the math is correct. I am looking to rent a place again. They had an ... read more
